Intro:
4th painted kit of the year …. I stated watching 魔神英雄傳 Mashin Hero Wataru (the original one from the late 80s) recently with my 5 years old son lately and decided to paint some of classic Mashin that I grew up with .
Kit Info:
This is a recent release from Bandai , well engineered overall . Easy and solid build that’s fun to play . This is the first time I noticed Bandai model kits are made in China .
The build:
Pretty straightforward, part separation is good, a few seam lines here and there, nothing difficult or awkward .
Colour used:
- White - gx01 white -> xc08 (moonstone pearl)
- Gold - gx02 -> Jumpwind em12
- Red - primed black -> gsi shikki gold -> clear red
- Dark - gsi gunmetal
Thoughts:
This one was built together with the Ryuseimaru, and took about 2 weeks to finish both.
