alirght ...   my first time cooking for real ...    learn the steamed egg recipe from mom 2 weeks before she left for vacation ...  so ended up i only remember 1/3 of what she said since that was like month ago..  and this is pretty much how things turned out looked like ...    
shity looking egg that doesn't tasted good at all ...   humm ..  but the smell of mom's steam egg is there ..  and i finished it all ...
