well, gas never ends.  this is a random purchase made on a friday after work trip to a local music store.  

roalnd gk3-b kit, official name is gk-kig-bg3 .  

comes with the hex pickup, a mini circuit board and all the wires, switches, pot and connectors.

still debating on the way to do the implementation, and i'm lucky enough to have murray at work giving me a spdt momentary switch that i can use instead of using 2 button switches to change the patch.  

current plan is to install the hex pickup, install the 13-pin side jack, and drill 2 more holes on my bn5 with 1-gk volume, 2- the up/down switch for changing patches.  i'm giving up the light indicator, and the mix switch (it will be in the mix position for the whole time).

will see if i'm confident enough to do the wood works myself, or have a f-bass to do the installation.  well ..   gas never ends ..
